West Ham fans are in sheer disbelief with David Moyes’ latest decision, after the manager gave the players a day off from training.
Nowhere in the Premier League is there a greater feeling of separation between players and fans, club and fans, and owners and fans than at West Ham right now.
Not only have the Hammers gone from competing for European places to battling relegation in the last few years, the move to the Olympic Stadium has been a complete disaster, and fans want a complete overhaul at the club this summer.
While the owners and board have taken most of the flak, David Moyes has taken his fair share of stick too, as fans are fed up of his negative, uninspiring football.

Perhaps the biggest problem with Moyes’ side at the moment is an apparent lack of effort, something that pundit Alan Shearer seemed almost offended by on Match of the Day this weekend.
If a lack of effort on the pitch had annoyed fans, Moyes’ latest decision will certainly be under the spotlight, as he sent the players home for a day off from training on Tuesday.
The Hammers are just three points clear of safety with three games left to play, so it doesn’t really seem like the time to take a day off, and you can find some of the best Twitter reactions below…
