The Verdict: A fantastic signing
Ramsey would be a fantastic signing for Moyes’ side as he would bring a high-level of experience to the squad. Having featured in 262 Premier League matches, the Welshman would be able to guide the youngsters breaking into the first-team, and further provide a calm presence in the Hammers’ midfield.
Following EURO 2020, Wales teammate Joe Allen described Ramsey’s tournament as ‘incredible’, claiming that he demonstrated why he is a ‘world-class’ player.
Therefore, if Moyes is able to revive his career and help him replicate the fine form he had at Arsenal – where he bagged 65 goals and 65 assists – then Ramsey could prove to be one of the best signings of the January window.
