Leeds United have added pressure ahead of tonight’s trip to Middlesbrough following last night’s Championship results, but it’s not the extending gap to first place that they are complaining about.
The club still awaits news on Kiko Casilla’s FA charge, as revealed by Adam Pope from yesterday’s press conference.
Back in November, the Spanish shot-stopper was charged for using abusive language of a racial nature towards Charlton Athletic’s on loan winger Jonathan Leko – something he ‘strenuously denies.’

Here’s what fans have been saying…
The current situation was brandished as “ludicrous” by one supporter whilst another called it a “joke” as time was running out to actually enact a suspension.

Others couldn’t trust the Football Association to come to a reasonable outcome, suggesting they would announce it 30 minutes before kickoff in order to throw Leeds off.
One member of the Whites fanbase labelled the FA a “total shambles and a disgrace” just like the EFL. Another believed they were “frightened” to come out with a verdict on their side as they’d be accused of not taking the matter seriously.
